Through clear routines, strong modeling, and multiple ways to participate, understand, and demonstrate learning, we create arts classrooms grounded in access, belonging, and creative risk-taking.
Our History
Developed by the New York City Public Schools Arts Office, Inclusive Teaching in the Arts grew from years of collaboration with arts teachers, school teams, and cultural partners committed to making arts learning accessible, meaningful, and welcoming for every student.
